1.What basic functions will the system need to provide?
The basic function that system need to provides are handling the demand of the customer while checking in, suppling the complince of booking,evaluation of all the cost included in the service and finally processing the payment and issuing the bill. Sometimes system should also provide the report of demand listing of past and future booking for the specfic time.
2.What information do you need to find out about the business processes to develop a detailed understanding of the required system?
System analysts dont have any idea of business need of the users. On the other hand, the business user may not aware of the latest technolgy. To overcome this problem both system analysts and business user has sit together and make detaliled study of both business and latest technolgy and both decide what they need from them. By this way we can find the rquired system.
